Recovery boards might be an off - roading cliche at this point, but you don' t need a 4x4 or even to be off - road to use them. Having gotten stuck in a few snowy parking lots in my fwd can, these have saved me a lot of hassle! A lot easier than digging, finding help, or pushing!
